Welcome to My Beauty Kitchen!

The truth about real beauty is that it's up to each person to bring it out from within - by the words we think and use, the foods we eat, and how we take care of the world around us.

Readers have been thrilled with the results from my book and asking to learn more about the Mediterranean philosophy of living. For this reason, I eagerly open my kitchen to share more fresh food recipes for your face, body, mind, and spirit.

When I was a little girl growing up in Armenia, I helped my grandmother with the weekly shopping. We purchased our fresh fruits and vegetables at brilliantly colored corner stands. This is where my food education began - long before I'd learned to stuff grape leaves. I learned that it's important to always use fresh ingredients because they carry the most nutrition. And the meals you cook will taste better. A tomato actually tastes like a tomato.

In my country, we do not only make great meals from fresh food, we use the food for beauty products as well. Apricots, for example, make a tasty, iron-rich fruit tart, but did you know you can also puree them with sour cream and create a nourishing, healthy face mask? It's the most inexpensive, safe, and effective skincare line gifted to us from our planet.

According to many ancient cultures including Armenia’s, the heavens also rule the dietary needs for the twelve sun signs in the zodiac. For example, in the winter, a Sagittarian thrives on baked sweet potato casserole. If feeling blue, Cancers must cut back on eating carrots in the summer time. Geminis need healthy snacks and rest. Aries - drink more water!

I've always loved taking care of people whether I am giving a client a facial or cooking an eight-course meal for my family and friends. This is the Mediterranean recipe for health and happiness.

May you find it in your own kitchen, also!
