First Blossom

Winter's dreary days wane as spring bursts onto the stage: this season awakens new love and love's renewal. Spring is an emotional time of year and those feelings can show up on your skin. For this reason, it's important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables that are high in vitamins C and A. The cold has left your skin dry and flaky but apples, oranges, tangerines, and cabbage are the perfect re-hydrating foods. These foods also prevent pigmentation problems as the sun draws closer.

Tips:
Dice a little cucumber or 1 T parsley. Mix with 1 cup of water for the perfect hydrating toner. Apply with a clean cotton ball a few times a week for dry or normal-to-dry skin, every day for oilier skin.
Before bedtime, put a little yogurt or sour cream on a cotton ball and lightly cover your face and neck. Dairy gently exfoliates.
