Feed Your Face

Winter squash, cabbage, beet greens, kale, collard greens, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, and carrots.

What do theses yummy foods have in common? Beta carotene. Your body converts beta carotene into vitamin A. Vitamin A fights free radicals that cause skin cancer as well as speed your skin's aging process.

If you love to hike, garden, walk the beach, play at the park with your children - these fresh foods will feed your face.
