Quick Fix Headache Cure


Tired of headaches that accompany spring allergies? Eat pumpkin seeds, spinach, and potatoes! These three foods are rich in magnesium. Magnesium relaxes blood vessels in the brain and prevents headaches.


A little bit more about spinach. Fresh spinach is the perfect fresh fuel for nervous exhaustion. This dark jade-colored veggie is not only high in iron and magnesium, but vitamins K and C, folate and calcium. Sautee spinach in a little oil olive and garlic, or toss it in fresh hot pasta, serve spinach in an omelet, or as the main course in a salad.

Spinach is a perfect food.
