Pisces

Water signs are sensitive creatures; Pisceans especially are sensitive to the slightest nuance. This wonderful trait can also be a hindrance to happiness if you allow others’ moods and opinions to influence your day.

Here are a few tips to keep you light on your dreamy toes and beaming with natural beauty:

Eat foods that are rich in minerals like liver, lamb, egg yolks. Your diet should include nuts, barley and whole grains for emotional stability. Beta-carotene fruits and vegetables like spinach, lettuce, beets, raisins, apples, apricots, lemons, and peaches build robust vitality in your immune system.

Remember sensitive Pisces that illness is often the result of heavy emotions. Take good care of your feelings. It isn’t anyone else’s job to do so.

Exercises like swimming and dancing suit your graceful nature. They are also a wonderful emotional outlet.

You are prone to sinus infections so limit dairy intake and alcohol. Drink plenty of water – little fishes need water.
