SUCCULENT CANTALOUPE COCONUT MAST (Normal-to-Dry)
Cantaloupe is at its peak in the fall. Juicy and sweet, this fruit is loaded with the important antioxidants beta-carotene. Cantaloupes are also high in vitamin C, and are a good source of potassium and folate.
1 slice cantaloupe
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1 teaspoon almond oil
PREPARATION In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, coconut milk, and oil. Blend until creamy.
APPLICATION Cover your face and neck with a thin layer of this and relax for 20 minutes while enjoying a slice or two of cantaloupe. Rinse off with warm water, then rinse with cold water. Apply your moisturizer.
