GENTLE APPLE OATMEAL CLEANSER

Oatmeal offers gentler cleansing than soap does. Mineral water's high silica content strengthens the cells between the collagen and elastin fibers. Mineral water also plumps the skin and slows the formation of winkles. When it's mixed with the toning and softening effects of apple juice, your skin will stay flawless!

1 tablespoon oatmeal (old-fashioned, not instant or steel-cut)
2 tablespoons apple juice
1/4 cup mineral water

PREPARATION In a small bowl, combine the oatmeal and apple juice. Slowly add the mineral water to create a thick,creamy mixture.

APPLICATION Pour a small amount of this onto a clean wet washcloth or sponge. Gently wash your face and neck every morning and evening. Rinse with warm water.
