Fall Into Youthful Looking Skin


Throughout history, women have fought the signs of aging. Everyone wants to stay attractive and desirable, no matter her age. But real beauty doesn't have a timeline. I've known young women who were physically pretty but lacked any real inner beauty, and elderly women who share shone with grace and dignity!

For Fine Lines
Depending on your skin type, your lifestyle, and the climate you live in, fine lines can begin to appear even in your late twenties. These recipes contain hydrating foods that will give you a more youthful appearance, and keep those wrinkles from showing up too soon!

PURIFYING YOGURT MASK


1 teaspoon dried chamomile
1 small onion
1 teaspoon plain yogurt
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon honey

PREPARATION In a small saucepan, bring the dried chamomile and i cup water to a boil. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain and set aside. In a food processor or blender, combine the rest of the ingredients.

APPLICATION
Gently apply over the face and relax for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with the chamomile tea.
