7 Tips for Aging Gracefully

Number 1: Never fool your stomach.


Number 2: If you are 30 try to eat walnuts and liver. Over 40 eat foods high in beta carotene. Over 50 eat sea food for a healthy heart and blood circulation.


Number 3: Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.


Number 4: Always try to sleep in a cool room.


Number 5: You can spoil yourself, but don't make it a habit.


Number 6: If you are angry, don't keep it bottled inside, let it out or talk about it with someone. Women who hold their emotions within have higher risks of developing cancer and heart problems.


Number 7: Exercise your brain by learning a new language, or doing cross word puzzles, or reading difficult material.
