It's a must for Aries to eat a well-balanced diet to maintain good health and steady energy. A good diet includes lots of fruits and vegetables with lean meats only. Eat slowly to give your body a chance to absorb the nutrients of your food.

Aries need to avoid caffeine as you are naturally stimulated with vigorous energy.
